John Oldroyd

John has over 30 years of experience in dealing with all family matters from the simplest of clean break divorces to complex, high-value cases and his many years on the Law Society’s Childrens Panel gives him the experience to help reduce the impact of divorce on the children and how to resolve children’s disputes – whether as part of divorce or otherwise. John also sits as a part time Deputy District Judge and so has valuable insight into the way the court approaches matters.

Keith Wood

Keith has practised with Hayton Winkley at Windermere since leaving law school, becoming a partner in 1984. He has many years' experience of dealing with family matters.
