Worried about costs ? … Don’t be !
Many claims are funded by way of conditional fee agreements, more commonly known as ‘no-win, no-fee’. Full details can be provided on request. By going through a claims management company you involve a ‘middleman’ whose fees may be funded from your compensation. We believe that you should keep all your compensation. You may even already have insurance that will cover the costs your claim. Legal Expenses Insurance is often attached to motor or home insurance cover. Even if you are told that any claim under such a scheme must be dealt with by solicitors chosen by the insurance provider, this is not always the case. Those solicitors may not be local to you. Bring your insurance documentation to us so that we can check what cover you have and make representations on your behalf.
