You may even already have insurance that will cover the costs your claim. Legal Expenses Insurance is often attached to motor or home insurance cover. Even if you are told that any claim under such a scheme must be dealt with by solicitors chosen by the insurance provider, this is not always the case. Those solicitors may not be local to you. Bring your insurance documentation to us so that we can check what cover you have and make representations on your behalf.
